Life is Relationships. Our relationships are a CRITICAL part of the fulfillment, joy, and wellbeing we experience in life.

As your relationship coach, I can help you challenge your old habits and patterns. Rather than running on auto-pilot, let's explore what's working and what's not in your relationship so you can decide what adjustments you want to make.

I've been in the trenches of challenging relationships - and have learned what doesn't work. I've taken responsibility for my own role in these struggles and have been learning to do relationships better. Our relationships offer such a rich source of learning and personal transformation and I love supporting others through this.

This is NOT counseling or therapy. I work with people who want to take a "pretty good" relationship to a GREAT one. I support my clients in bringing more focus, attention, and care to their personal relationships to strengthen connection or communication.

If we decide to work together, we will customize a program to your specific needs. This might include:
  • Clarifying what you really want and what really matters most in a relationship and in a partner.
  • Navigating relationship challenges in a way that is more aligned and resonant with what you want
  • Exploring how to be more present in your relationships and other ways to strengthen connection; distinguishing between 'effort' and 'hard work' in a relationship
  • Making more time for fun/play/romance
  • Improving communication in relationships
  • ...and more!

Relationships can be a source of stress - but isn't it better when they are a source of joy and fulfillment? It's easy to fall into a rut and keep doing what you've always done... but if you want your relationships to feel different, you may need to make some changes.

I work with couples who want to create stronger, healthier, more fulfilling relationships in their life.

“You were made for this. Your business fills a need that is not being met. We looked at counseling and therapy and they weren’t the right fit for us. We contemplated getting a book – but who is going to help us actually do it? As our coach, you see the blind spots we can’t see. You’re such an intuitive person and you bring your coaching skills, your own experiences and the growth you’ve gone through into it.”

Coaching Client Emily

Client Testimonial

Listen in as recent clients Emily and Patrick share why they decided to sign up for Relationship Coaching. They've been together 25 years and had a solid foundation but had fallen into the rut of old habits and realized they were longing for the "spark" again. They didn't know how to get their relationship out of the rut and move forward. Now, with more time for connection and fun, their relationship is "next level awesome."
In this clip, clients Emily and Patrick share why they chose coaching over other alternatives such as counseling or therapy.  They didn't want their relationship to just be 'good enough' - they wanted it to be great. But because they had been falling into the same habits for so long, they didn't know how to get there. They share why counseling or therapy didn't feel like the best fit for them.

I asked Emily and Patrick to share some of the shifts they made during our time working together. Fun is important to this couple and they wanted to get out of old habits of just talking about daily life stuff all the time and bring more fun back into their relationship. They are now more intentional about making time to connect with each other, AND they are more intentional about what they do with that time.

What I noticed about Emily and Patrick was their willingness to recommit to each other and to elevate the priority of their relationship. We all have multiple responsibilities and things that come up in daily life - but they didn't let any of that sidetrack them. They created a safe space to be more honest with each other, and have new conversations they hadn't had before. AND - they brought fun to the process itself.

In this final clip, Emily and Patrick share what it was like to work with me as their relationship coach, and offer advice for anyone who may be on the fence about whether or not to make this type of an investment.

They viewed my coaching as neutral and non-judgmental. "We had fun doing this." Emily said they invest in their house, in their kids, and in their businesses; so why wouldn't they invest in their most important relationship, the one that holds everything else together...?

"You taught us to date again. We have 25 years experience... our kids will be leaving soon .... that's an important time to do this. But what if we had started this 10 years ago, 20 years ago...? There's really not a wrong time to do this - you don't have to wait for a lull or a dip. Why would you *not* do this?"
I'm grateful to Emily and Patrick for sharing about their experience!

I love how Patrick summed up their testimonial: Don't let comfort create stagnancy in your relationship.
