1-1 Coaching - individualized to your needs
For clients who want the full coaching experience with regularly scheduled phone or video calls at a frequency that works for you.

Includes:
  • Tools, worksheets​, practices that support your desired outcomes
  • Unlimited texting and weekly 10-minute check-in phone calls are available between sessions ​(so you get support when you need it)

Digital Coaching - individualized to your needs
This is a great option for clients who want "just in time" coaching without regular calls. Coaching is conducted via email, text, or other private online platform.... it's like having a coach at your fingertips.

​Includes:
  • Tools, worksheets practices to support your desired outcome
  • Unlimited texting or emails for one to three months depending on your needs (responses provided within 24 hours)

1-1 Personal Retreat Experience - Guided
This unique experience blends a deep coaching immersion over a shorter period of time + some of the benefits of a private retreat experience completely customized for you without the extra travel expense.

Includes:
  • 1 full weekend or 3 partial weekends
  • Phone/video calls (in person can be arranged for Colorado locals if desired).
  • Tools, worksheets and many other practices/modalities to support your comprehensive retreat experience depending on your needs and desires.
  • 1 intention setting call so I can design your unique experience.
  • 1 follow up integration and check-in call two-four weeks after retreat.​

Personal Retreat Experience - Self-Paced / e-course format
This unique experience is modeled after the 1-1 Guided Personal Retreat Experience, but allows you to work on your own, at your own pace in the format of an e-course. Digital coaching and guidance through text or email is available as you go. All materials are provided digitally for you to work through at your own pace.

Includes:
  • Tools, worksheets and many other practices/modalities to support your comprehensive retreat experience depending on your needs and desires.
  • 1 intention setting call so I can design your unique experience.
  • 1 follow up integration and check-in call two-four weeks after you complete the e-course.​

Self-Paced Journaling e-course
​This course was designed for the people who want to explore the practice of journal writing but don't know how to get started or who need help with consistency to build a new habit.

This course provides the how-tos of journaling as well as 30 days' worth of journaling questions you can use for daily practice.

Journal Coaching - Digital Coaching
This builds upon the Self-Paced Journaling e-course. Provides the how-tos of journaling, daily journaling prompts for 30 days, PLUS digital coaching in response to what is emerging in your journaling.

​One of the benefits of journal writing is using it for self-reflection and self-awareness. And its effectiveness is taken to another level when we take action on what we learn through our journal writing practice. Through journal coaching, you get the extra support of a coach to help you shift from awareness into action to make aligned changes.
