Commitment
Action Momentum When you know what you want to create and welcome into your life, you need to commit with your full heart. You need to take action and move forward. And you need to be consistent with that action so momentum can build. Be willing to take some leaps and risks along the way. Celebrate every win, no matter how small. Express appreciation and gratitude for the people and experiences who help bring your dreams to fruition. All these things show the Universe you are serious about turning your vision and dreams into reality. What do YOU want to create in your life? And what first steps can you take in that direction? Your vision, your dreams, your calling are YOURS.... Nurture them and let them grow.

What brings you joy?
What makes you feel fulfilled? Are you ready to welcome more of THAT into your life? Focusing on what's lacking only perpetuates feelings of lack. Instead, focus more energy on the good, feel grateful for those moments, and invest your energy in creating more of those joy-filled experiences. This applies to your work AND your personal life and relationships ... it's all connected. Yes, you may need to take some risks. You may need to try new things and disrupt your comfort zone. But in doing so, you'll learn so much about yourself and what is most important to you. You'll learn what TRULY brings joy and your heart will open and expand to allow love and joy to flow more freely. Take another step toward the life you've been creating. You ARE worth it. Do you find the practice of "meditation" challenging? I too have struggled with meditation in the past. As a busy person whose mind can easily get stuck in overthinking mode, I used to resist meditating because I couldn't stop the thoughts and got too easily distracted.
I used to feel frustrated with my inability to do it "right" (note that I'm a recovering over-achiever and perfectionist, too...). I have learned how helpful a meditation practice can be can be for busy bodies like me. Rather than forcing myself to do something that doesn't work for me (a rigid meditation practice), I have found other ways to become more present, centered and grounded. "Presence" is an important quality to cultivate in life. If we're not present to what's happening both within and around us, it can seem like our life is passing us by. We need to bring more attention to that which is most important in our life, and bring awareness to what we need for our own personal and spiritual growth. I help my clients explore a variety of ways to integrate simple practices to become more present, to find their center and to feel more grounded. This helps with finding calm in chaos, processing emotions, and making more aligned choices. Curious to learn more? I invite you to schedule a complimentary discovery session with me. Just send a DM and we will get one scheduled. Are you ready to double down on love in your WHOLE life? I'm not gonna lie, this gets murky for me sometimes... I tell myself I'm ready to let love lead in my life, and then old fears, insecurities, and patterns emerge and take over my decision making process.
I've been struggling with this quite a bit lately. I keep wanting to find excuses outside of myself for why certain things aren't progressing the way I'd like them to. When that happens, the Universe invites me to remember what I said I wanted and what's REALLY getting in the way of me creating or welcoming that experience in my life. This requires me to take a long hard look at my own shit and get really, really honest with myself. If I don't change, at least to some degree, then my experience doesn't change. I may need to examine and adjust my thought patterns, beliefs, habits, and... sometimes even my expectations. Where it all starts for me is reconnecting with my heart and my intuitive, higher self. Then I CHOOSE to reopen my heart and make heart-centered choices that align with what I say I want. If I'm not willing to change what I need to change and if I don't put in the effort towards what I want, then how badly do I really want it...? I am blessed with the gifts of reflection and awareness and have a variety of techniques and tools to help me through these murky moments. I'd love to share my gifts with you... if you're interested in learning more, let's schedule a discovery session to see how I can help. Do you ever find yourself in a position where you've been putting off making a decision for too long? You've been NOT choosing, NOT acting, because even though you WANT the change that lies on the other side, there's something about your current state that you don't want to lose? Or because you're unsure how you'll navigate the new, unfamiliar territory you'll be entering?
Sometimes I know what I need to do, but I resist it and cling to the familiar because I don't want to lose the comfort. Fear is a powerful force. If we let it, it can hold us back from receiving what we most want in life. It takes courage to let go of what's become comfortable and allow ourselves to flow into uncharted territory. But to reach our heartfelt desires, we absolutely must loosen the grip, make different choices, and open to receiving what we want. We must tune into our inner voice, listen to our heart, trust ourself, and making the choices that are best for the longer term. When you find yourself stuck in indecision, explore your fears and hopes relating to the situation. Ask for help to release the old and make way for the new. Reminded yourself WHY you want the change. Open and welcome the new beginnings that are to come. What decisions have you been putting off in your life? How can you create the space you need to decide and take a step forward? When we ask the Universe/Divine for what we want, we need to be open to receiving it. We may be invited to make changes in our life to prepare and to make space. These changes may be big or small and may occur in multiple areas of our life.
This can feel overwhelming. We will likely encounter fear, doubt, and moments of uncertainty. It's all part of the process. We must take an honest look at our life and at our self, and let go of whatever is in the way of the new experience we desire. We may need to examine the limits we have placed upon ourself, what we believe to be (im)possible, and rewrite the stories we have retold for too long. Doing the work and putting in the effort may feel exhausting at times. But we must keep moving forward. Sometimes we receive what we want right away, and sometimes we don't. Either way, we need to be patient and trust the process and Divine timing. Keeping focused on what we want long term, and WHY we want it will keep us going when it gets hard. And having the right people in our corner, who can provide us with the support we need when we need it is priceless. If you need an extra level of support as you navigate the changes that need to occur in your life, let's schedule a discovery session to see how I can help. What inspires you?
What do you feel most passionate about? What repeatedly tugs at your heart? Be willing to explore your deepest desires and longings and pay attention to sources of inspiration and anything that comes with a surge of excitement or positive energy. I don't know about you, but sometimes I feel inspired to pursue a new path and start moving forward, but then FEAR blocks my progress. As excited as we may feel for new adventures, sometimes we get in our own way because we also still long for some degree of certainty. I know I have gotten stuck before because I wanted to see the whole path before I decided to step forward. But I've learned that sometimes, our whole path isn't meant to be revealed all at once. So by not taking any action at all, I stayed stuck. I have learned to allow the path to unfold one step at a time. This takes trust. I see a new opportunity, I take a step forward, and as I do so, I receive the next bit of information or inspiration that I need to keep the momentum going. As I continue to act, the next right steps are revealed, one at a time. This can feel scary. But in these times of trust, I have had some of the best learning experiences and have enjoyed far better outcomes than I could have ever expected. I have had many lessons in embracing uncertainty, stretching my comfort zone, and learning to trust the Universe and myself. Where are YOU being invited to go next? Your path is unique and intended only for you. Allowing time for silence and solitude supports you in connecting with your heart and discerning the next steps to take in your life. Your heart is communicating with you. Are you listening? |
